Sorry Note for Christchurch

Dear Christchurch,
On behalf of Pt England School, we hope that you all find your way through this time of trouble. Your feelings of sadness and worry has made us think, what if we were you, how would we know that people knew where we were and if we were okay?

We all feel helpless, and this is just a bit of our love and care to give to you. We hope that this will lift your hearts even the tiniest bit we also hope it will give you comfort,support and motivation to keep on going.We also hope that you find all your loved ones.Our group would love to encourage you with our love and feelings.

All About Me

Kia Ora, my name is Kaycee and i’m eight years old. I come from Auckland Aotearoa. I was born in July.I live with my mum,dad,auntie,cousin and two brothers.My other brother lives with his kid and partner.
My favourite sports are swimming and netball.My best friends are Tyla , Jonita, Jorja , Ashlee and Porscha.My favourite singer is Katy Perry.

Cristchurch Earthquake

Getting our Netbooks

While we were sitting on the mat I saw Mrs. Burt bringing in some cardboard boxes. Then she came and explained what was in them. They were our Netbooks! I was so excited but then Mrs. Burt said, "We will have to wait a little while before we can use our netbooks". I sighed but we had to discuss the rules.
Once Mrs and Mr.Burt had talked to us about our netbooks we finally got to open them up and look.Some people got to play games. They were so cool, except that mine was not charged up so it died. Luckily Mrs.Tele'a got some chargers and charged them so we could sign in but then mine died again. After a long day we had to put them away. It was so fun even though mine died!.

A day at the Fun Fest

Arriving at the Fun Fest,I excitedly looked at all the fun rides. My mum my brother and me were going to meet our aunty there.

One of the first things we did was the Treasure Hunt.They had a big block of sand and in the sand were hidden prizes.

Heading for another ride,I saw Tyla and her mum. Safron and my mum told us to go and sing because they were having a singing contest but we said "No Way!". After that we went on a dragon ride it was so small. Tyla and I thought it was going to be lame, but we were wrong. My favourite ride of all was the 'Rok'n'Roll. Tyla, Zane and I had a go and it would roll you upside down and around and around, it was so fun!.

Later on it was time to go. Since it was so hot there we went home and jumped in the pool. After that I felt so nice and cool after such a hot day!
